H2 Hydrogenation Machine

Hydrogen dispenser is a special equipment used in hydrogen filling station to provide compressed hydrogen fuel or natural gas mixed hydrogen fuel filling service for cars, it has metering and pricing functions. This series of hydrogen dispenser adopts high-performance industrial control microprocessor, high-precision mass flow meter measurement system, LCD display and other equipment to ensure the accuracy of measurement and pricing. The hydrogen dispenser adopts explosion-proof electronic control device,breakaway valve, explosion-proof emergency stop button and other safety devices to ensure the safe and reliable use of the hydrogen dispenser in explosive environment.
There has a breakaway valve between the hydrogenation hose and the gas dispenser. When the external force on the hose is greater than 600N, the breakaway valve is disconnected and closed to prevent leakage,to achieve the purpose of protecting the gas dispenser; the hydrogen dispenser is equipped with a combustible gas detector and temperature detector. When the hydrogen leakage reaches the detector alarm value or the temperature of the medium in the pipeline is too high, the hydrogen dispenser will stop automatically.
