YQB series LPG pumpare mainly used totransport various volatile liquids and petroleum products,such as LPG, methylether, chloromethane, epoxyethane, propane, propylene, butadiene,isobutene,methanol and so on, especially used for LPG loading and unloadingtrucks,cylinder filling, and workshop feeding. The pump is positivedisplacement vanepump , its structure is advanced, the stator surface iscomposed of compositecurves, mechanical seals are adopted at both ends, andthe "O" sealingring is used for each fixed  mating face. All the rotating componentsaremade of metal corresponding non-metal. It’s safe ,reliable andmulti-function .

Operationalprinciple:

The pump ispositive displacement vane pump,which depends on the centrifugal sliding ofthe vane. The flow is related tothe shaft speed. The inner surface of thestator is made of the originalcomposite curve. The stator is composed of tensealed chamber with the rotor,the baffle and the vane. Because the statorsurface is a compound curve, whenthe rotor is rotating,the volume of thechamber is gradually increased to form anegative pressure, suction isgenerated, so that the oil is sucked in.When therotor rotates a certain angle,the volume decreases gradually, and the oil ishydraulic output. There is anoil block between the suction chamber and thepressure chamber to separate thesuction chamber from the pressure chamber. Thevane is tightly attached to theinner surface of the stator by centrifugal forceand two baffle structures, sothat the pump can work normally under ratedcondition.
