Applications
Electromagnetic flowmeters can be used to measure the volume flow of conductive fluids in closed pipes. Widely used in flow measurement and control in industrial and agricultural production processes such as petroleum, chemical industry, iron and steel metallurgy, water supply and drainage, water conservancy irrigation, water treatment, environmental protection sewage, measurement and control, papermaking, medicine, food, etc.
Environmental conditions
Ambient temperature: sensor -25℃~+60℃
Converter -10℃~+60℃
Relative humidity: 5%~95%
Fluid conductivity: greater than 5μS/cm
(The conductivity of tap water and raw water is about 100~5005μS/cm)
Magnetic flowmeters are available with 7 different electrodes and 7 different material linings.
Conventional Electromagnetic Flowmeter
Conventional electromagnetic flowmeter - neoprene lining, 316L electrode, integral flange connection, power supply 220V or 24V, on-site display with 4-20mA output. Generally suitable for measuring weak corrosive media such as sewage and reclaimed water.
