System Operation Introduction
Installation:The electronic label recognition sensor is installed on the fueling gun
Anti-tampering electronic label is installed to the side of vehicle refueling port
Wireless data gateway is connected to the control system of the gas station as the sensor data communication node;
The e-label recognizes the sensor to be built-in the attitude sensor, when detects the fuel gun operation, the automatic wake-up；
The e-label recognition sensor reads in the automobile refueling mouth near the tamper-proof electronic label information;
The e-label recognition sensor will read the label information through the wireless data gateway transmits to the gas station
control system.
The gas station control system according to the server information confirms whether permits the automobile to refuel.
How To Use
1. Insert the fuel card!
2. The fuel dispenser transmits the fuel card information (e.g. number or user information) to the back-end control system.
3. Insert and wake up the RFID identification sensor to access and verify the vehicle tag details (e.g. ID number).
4. Vehicle tag information is transmitted to the back-end control system during the verification process.
5. When the wireless communication between the vehicle and the refueling gun is successful, refueling will start.
6. After the refueling is completed, the gun is lifted and hooked up to the fuel dispenser.
